WomenWise Mentoring
Partnered with Artefact, WomenWise mentoring programme connects women across industries with senior leaders who can support their growth and progression.
Over a 6-month journey, mentor–mentee pairs are guided through a fully supported experience with access to resources, events, and training. The programme is designed to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and provide practical guidance on navigating challenges like stakeholder influence, career pivots, and finding your voice in spaces not always built for you.
By fostering these connections, we’re creating stronger pathways for women to lead, thrive, and stay in industries where representation is still too low.
