At The IN Group, we believe that real change happens when communities come together to create inclusive workplaces where everyone belongs. From empowering women in leadership to advancing equity in STEM, closing the health equity gap, and supporting neurodiversity at work, our mission is to make representation and belonging part of everyday business.
That’s why we’re so proud to launch the first-ever TIG Communities Newsletter – a twice-yearly round-up of stories, initiatives, and impact from our four communities:
- WomenWise – championing women in leadership and creating pathways for representation in the workplace.
- RACE in STEM – increasing access, representation, and equity across science, technology, engineering, and maths.
- HealthTechQuity – spotlighting tech-for-good and working to close the health equity gap.
- NeuroConnect – building inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.
Why Our Communities Matter
Each of our communities works to tackle systemic barriers and create lasting change in the industries we touch. Whether through mentorship programmes, global panel discussions on diversity and inclusion, or cross-industry partnerships, they show what’s possible when inclusion becomes intentional.
