Matthew Lumb leads The IN Group’s operations in the Middle East, driving growth across Management Consulting, Technology, Transformation and Change, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Audit. With extensive experience in consulting and talent solutions, he helps organisations navigate complex business challenges and achieve sustainable results.

Over the past five years, Matthew has played a key role in developing the Operations Consulting practice, shaping the Human Capital go-to-market strategy, and overseeing the European Management Consulting division. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, he has successfully scaled operations while delivering measurable impact for clients across diverse industries.

Now based in Dubai, Matthew works closely with clients to deliver The IN Group Middle East’s full range of capabilities. This includes permanent and leadership talent solutions, interim and statement of work support, talent advisory and intelligence, and consulting services. He ensures every engagement is tailored, results-driven, and designed to address each client’s unique challenges effectively and sustainably.
