Our mission is to be the change we want to see
At The IN Group, we unlock the power of people to make change for the better. Led by our people of all levels and sponsored by the board, our committees use their passion and creativity to deliver a strategy that influences our people experience, inspires our external network to make change for the better, and ensure that our culture continues to be our greatest asset. Authenticity is our guiding light, when it comes to social value and is evidenced in what we choose to focus on. The way we hold ourselves to account is through our five committees, which focus on Environment and Sustainability, Governance, DEI, Wellbeing and our Charity partnerships.
When you make a promise, we think you should keep it
Environment and sustainability: We are on a committed journey to net zero and recognize that to get there, requires compelling data to engage hearts, minds and behaviours. Our green committee therefore has three areas of focus; 1. Data, to accurately measure and inform; 2 Hearts & Minds, to inspire and influence within the group and our clients and suppliers;
- Journey to net zero, using science backed objectives
Governance: Our Governance committee is represented by people across the group to ensure that as we grow, our policies, procedures and ways of working, and our external partnerships across our clients and suppliers, continue to align to our group values.

Charity begins at work
At The IN Group, we like to make a difference not just through our work, but through supporting our local community along the way. Leading our efforts is our charity committee.
We have a companywide vote every year on which charity we’ll be supporting in the year ahead. Let us tell you a bit more about our current charity partner and some of the ways that we show our support beyond fundraising.
The Neurodiversity Family Hub
The Neurodiversity Family Hub C.I.C. is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting neurodiverse children and young people, and the families who care for them.
Through workshops, advocacy, support groups, and practical resources, they create safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces where neurodiverse individuals can thrive — and where parents and carers can find the guidance and community they need.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to help neurodiverse individuals live happy, fulfilling lives within a caring and supportive community.
At The IN Group, we’re proud to name the Neurodiversity Family Hub as our chosen charity partner — and our commitment goes beyond fundraising. While we’ll continue to raise money in support of their vital work, we’re also exploring how we can offer meaningful operational support, from volunteering our time and skills to working directly alongside their team in ways that make a lasting difference.
This partnership feels like a natural fit. Our community, NeuroConnect, was founded on a shared belief that neurodiverse individuals should be supported, celebrated, and given every opportunity to succeed — a purpose that sits at the very heart of everything the Neurodiversity Family Hub does. Together, we hope to build something that goes far beyond a traditional charity relationship.
